1. Field Sales Representative (FSR): This position requires a self starter who is able to work with little supervision, but is motivated to pursue sales through interactions with musicians, rehearsal studios, recording studios, cruise lines, schools, military, churches, resorts, venues and back line companies. The representative will be professional and able to deliver value to your customers; you must have a clear understanding of their needs. A customer's need is a problem or issue a customer is trying to solve, which motivates them to seek a product or service.

There are several types of customer needs, including functional, social, and emotional need. 

  • Know the products
  • Be involved with development and training sales opportunities 
  • Able to work with management on sales strategy 
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Able to find solutions for your customers needs

This position is a commission based opportunity, we will provide you the material required to learn the product line. 

Compensation: 20% of sales

Cymbals: Trinity B20 Cymbals are all hand hammered, B20 cymbals in the 1,000 year tradition. Made entirely by hand from the alloy to the final tuning. Each Trinity Cymbals Series is unique with its own a unique voice.

2. Authorized Independent Sales Representative (AISR)

This position is a full entrepreneurial position. You will run your own business as an (AISR) partner. You will invest in your own business by purchase of your sales kit which will provide you the ability to sell our products direct to consumers. Your financial investment to purchase your cymbal sales kit will enable you to purchase wholesale from Trinity Cymbals; you will have the ability to sell the products for retail to your customers using MAP or Minimum Advertised Price. By use of your entrepreneurial skills and acumen you will be able to work to pursue sales through interactions with musicians, rehearsal studios, recording studios, cruise lines, schools, military, churches, resorts, venues and back line companies. The Authorized Independent Sales Representative (AISR) will be professional and able to deliver value to your customers; you must have a clear understanding of their needs. A customer's need is a problem or issue a customer is trying to solve, which motivates them to seek a product or service.

There are several types of customer needs, including functional, social, and emotional need. The AISR will need the following:

  1. Make an investment for your sales kit
  2. Train with corporate to learn the products
  3. Pick the sales kit package to start your business
  4. Abide by all corporate guidelines and policies
  5. Purchase additional marketing and promotional items as needed
  6. Able to enter into a two year commitment
  7. Assigned to a Limited or Specific Territory Appointment 
  • Know the products
