Shipping policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Most orders ship within 24 hours.
We ship by UPS ground from Virginia. Tracking will be provided once your order ships and is placed in the system by the shipping company.
Sorry we do not offer expedited shipping of any kind.
We are currently taking web orders for USA and Canada customers only. If you are located anywhere else, please contact us.
We have a 7-day return request policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new and unused, without a lot of stick marks.
To start a return, you can contact us at Admin@TrinityCymbals.com. We'll reply with instructions on how to complete your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Shipping and processing charges will be deducted from your refund.
Please remember it takes some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
