Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new and unused, without a lot of stick marks.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@TrinityCymbals.com. We'll reply with instructions on how to complete your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Shipping and processing charges will be deducted from your refund.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
